Refund Policy
This policy applies to refunds for prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
Eligible cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched. If your order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp, you may cancel within the 12-hour period following confirmation, while it is still awaiting dispatch. All cancellation requests must remain within the original 24-hour window. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund processing
If an eligible cancellation is accepted and you have already paid, your refund will be processed. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and their normal processing cycle.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns for a refund or changes of mind. If you receive the wrong product, contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
